I need help ASAP. After restoring windows 2000 server I can not logon. Error
message is "The system's computer account in its primary domain is missing
or the password on that account is incorrect. I know the password and
account is correct. What can I do to logon on?

Thanks,

What was this server's role? How old was this backup?
The password referred to is not the user's password - this all has to do
with the computer object account in the domain. You can use netdom to reset
it, I believe.

Hello tERRY,

What role did the server have and what kind of restore do you use?

Best regards
