The error in configuring your base station might be
caused by a software firewall, anti-virus software, or
Microsoft Windows XP Internet Connection Firewall (ICF).

If your computer has a firewall installed, and you could
not solve the problem by disabling the firewall, you may
need to uninstall the firewall software. For
instructions, see the documentation for your firewall.
Your Microsoft base station provides a built-in hardware
firewall.

If your computer is running anti-virus or other Internet
security software, disable it now. When you have
completed the wizard, you can re-enable it.

If your computer is using Windows XP ICF, disable it now.
For instructions, see Windows Help (click Start, and then
click Help and Support).

I have done all of these things and still get the error
