Can not connect...

I have a Toshiba Tecra (ug) that has a Intel Pro Wireless
2100 kwhich will not pick-up my MS Broadband Utility. It
will show my network but not allow acess. Additionally
on the same laptop I have a Wireless-G MN-720 which will
read my network; however it will not alow me to view
Outlook but will SAP as I guess it times out even though
I have excellent signal streght.
