Who are you asking? You may want to quote a bit of what you are responding

Well I am not from sveasoft but what have you tried to do?
And this is a sveasoft router and not a LinkSys router???

Have you tried pinging the router?
Have you tried using your browser to log on to the router?
Are you trying to communicate with the router with a wired connection?

What exactly is the problem?

Just curious since I am still trying to learn more.
