Thanks for your reply. It seem DNS problem due to when I follow your
instruction to use nslookup tool to troubleshoot the problem, the system has
shown me the following result
DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.
*** Can't find server name for address 192.168.7.244: Timed out
*** Default servers are not available
Default Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.7.244
Maybe as what you said it cause due to the DNS server cannot be reached or
the service is not running on that computer.
However if I use ipconfig /all to view all the network information

The system can detect the DNS servers. I am using the server to ping with
other PC using PC name in intranet network. The system gets the reply. So if
this is really DNS problem. How do I troubleshoot the problem? Any idea?
