Can not access server remotely

I just installed service pack 1 on my windows 2003 server and now I can not
access this server remotely through Remote Desktop. I can not even ping this
server. I haven't done any configuration changes.
As soon as I uninstall service pack 1 I can both ping and Remote Desktop to
this server.
What settings does SP1 changes to restrict remote access to the server and
how can I fix it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Alex.

Check the Windows Firewall. Is it enabled? If so, have you checked the
boxes to allow ICMP reply (ping) and RDP?

When I click on Windows Firewall I am getting the following error message
"Windows Firewall cannot run because another program or service is running
that might use the NAT component (ipnat.sys)".
The boxes to allow ICMP reply (ping) and RDP are checked.

Are you running RRAS as a NAT router then? Check the settings in the
NAT/Basic firewall section.

Yes, I am running RRAS and I have Remote Desktop as well as ICMP reply
checked within basic firewall configuration. None of these settings have
changed after SP1 installation but once SP1 was installed I no longer can
connect to this server.
I also tried to turn basic firewall off but that did not help either.
