Can i monitor shared files

I have two PCS, mine(MAIN) nad my sons in his room,(SLAVE), can i monitor, in
realtime, what file(S) he is accessing on MAIN and possibly sites visited?
I'm running XP sp2 Home ed. I know you can look at shared files/sessions in
mange my computer but i would like a realtime monitor.
