Can local user on a domain PC have accessibility to domain resources?

A client PC is in the same domain as a Server 2003 File Server. A user
logon to the client PC as a local user. How can he access a shared
folder on the File Server if he does not have a domain account? Is
there any security group that include domain PC account that could be
added to the Permission and Security level of the shared folder, so
that a local user on a domain PC can access domain resources?

If he doesn't have a domain account, and his local login/pw don't match an
existing domain account, he can't get access without providing alternate
credentials in the domain context.

What is your actual situation/question? Why are you using local logins? I
don't recommend this - I don't create local accounts for users & don't let
them know the local admin credentials.
