If he doesn't have a domain account, and his local login/pw don't match an
existing domain account, he can't get access without providing alternate
credentials in the domain context.
What is your actual situation/question? Why are you using local logins? I
don't recommend this - I don't create local accounts for users & don't let
them know the local admin credentials.
