How can I get info on getting a fiber optic xbox game server going?

I am having trouble locating info on anyone doing this, are there
anyone doing something similar? Forgive me for being a tech noob, I
could
use the support of a technology partner who is an avid gamer to help
me take advantage of my 100 gig synchronous fiber optic connection
located in Palo Alto CA. In exchange, he/she can take full advantage of
use in sharing use of said server(s). Thanks in advance for any help
