Can I get a Canadian IP address with AOL?

Hi all. I am in Canada and have been with AOL since 1996 and am running into the problem of always having a U.S. IP address no matter what I try and now my son is unable to access the Sony Video store due to this. Does anyone know a way to get a Canadian IP address?? Forget calling AOL tech support as they are completely useless. Thank you very much in advance!! Mary
