I have 4 computers in my home, each sharing a wireless network for the
purpose of accessing the internet on each. I do not have file or printer
sharing enabled on any of the computers.

If one of the computers get a virus, can that virus be spread to any of the
other computers which share this router or does file sharing have to be
turned on for that to happen?

Assuming you own all the computers or are in control of them. Given
that you don't have anti-virus on one of them you probably don't have it
on the other three. So yes all the computers will probably get
infected.

The problem with this question (besides in not being a virus NG) is that he didn't ask what
kind of virus. So the answer has to be Yes.

There are many kinds of viruses such as; Boot Sector, file infectors and Internet worms.
Each has a different infection vector. Only Internet worms from the Internet would be
blocked from crossing the WAN/LAN barrier but a virus can be installed via Social
Engineering, email, browser vulnerabilities, etc, etc.
