Heidi,
From my experience, the Intel card is the best. It's stable, has a good
feature set and does run under Windows Server 2003. I have had very few
issues with Intel cards. Most issues I have ran into have to do with RIS,
but Intel's web site has helped resolve any problems that I did have.
