Noise (random and man-made) 157/200 made-up units, signal 216/200/....
There is no way of converting this to numbers that mean anything without
knowing more about the cards internal design, and chipset.

Smaller is better for the first, you might find turning off wireless phones
helps, larger for the second and third. (assuming that they work that way).
