I know many of you here have a lot of time for A&A, so may wish to contribute ideas.

Apparently his preferred method of communication is #irc. Is that where all the geeks hang out
these days? No? Didn't think so.

There's nothing wrong with IRC - why do you think so many companies
use "live sales advisors" ?

It's just a little more personal, but similarly immediate.

If you want me, i'll be on #amirc ;-)

chose the tried and tested strategy of:

I'm pretty sure every IRC channel I've ever been in was full of geeks.
