Hi, can anyone tell me if it is at all possible to sign up to a
broadband provider even if the person has "total call barring" on
outgoing calls?

BT still haven't e-mailed me back about this one!

thanks,
Marc

Is this the voluntary 'total call barring' on out going calls or the imposed
version, you might not want to answer !....

No its not possible. You can't have ADSL on a BT line if you use the
"Light User Scheme" or "InContact Plus". If the "total call barring"
is being done by the end-user equipment rather than by BT then you can
have ADSL.

The key point is that if you pay less than the cost of "BT Together
Option 1" in line rental then you won't be able to get ADSL on that
line.

HTH.
