Greetings,

I have a wired network up and running using a Linksys BEFSR41 Router
which is connected to a Linksys BEFCMU10 Cable Modem for internet. 2
computers are downstairs and 1 is upstairs.

I've tried using a Linksys WRT54G AP/4 port switch to make a newly added
laptop work on the network by removing the router. The wired side works
great, but the laptop starts losing connection if it goes upstairs or to
the other ended of the basement. Moving the AP upstairs makes a solid
wireless reception.

How can I (or can I?) move the AP upstairs, reconnect the router,
connect the 2 downstairs computers, and also connect the upstairs computer?

Thanks for your time!

Ray
