PLEASE HELP ME I NEED TO USE MY COMPUTER, HOWEVER EVERY
TIME I TRY TO CLICK ON NETWORK CONTROL PANEL, IT TELLS
ME TO CONTACT SYSTEM ADMINASTOR.
