I started some years ago With a Dlink DI-624+ Wifi Router.
Nowadays everybody gets a Wifi router from his provider. I have the
feeling that it has an impact on the quality of my netwerk. The range
is shorter and the maximum speed goes up en down.
Until last year I had no problems at all. Do I need to buy a stronger
sytem, use an antenna or ???.
Or is it better to install a repeater on the first floor?
It is not neccesary to have a long reach for say 100 metres, but before
indoor the maximum speed for downloading was a little bit lower than
wired.
Now I reach around 4500 kbits and wired around 11.500 mbits.
