Bulldog DSL problems

Lo all. Yet again my dsl service from Bulldog is not working. Three days and
counting so far. When you check online they report 'no problems', yet my
emails to them are instantly replied to with the standard 'We are currently
receiving an unprecedented number of emails due to the recent network
maintenance and unfortunately there will be delays in responding.'

This is the second time in less than a month that I've had no dsl for more
than three days, and my patience is starting to wear somewhat thin. >|
