Ive been a customer of this dire ISP for just 3 months now - and its
not been very pleasant!

I needed to call them this evening over smtp problems.

Tried the freephone numbers

0800 4048150

"This number has not been recognised"

0800 4048151

"This number has not been recognised"

Tried the non geographical number

0207 0344 4666

"This number has not been recognised"

Only the 0870 number now works - and I'm fucked if I am going to waste
another 90 minutes on the line like I had to last time.

Can these wankers do anything right without it falling apart after 5
minutes?

Its not working ATM - but it is 9.50. Perhaps they only use the 0800
and 0207 when they are there? If that is the case, no wonder they
still accept calls to the 0870 number outside those times....nice
revenue to be made at our expense.

Odd - just tried 0800 4048150 on both TalkTalk and BT - both connected.

Though my Telco is BT, I do use Tele2. Just dialed with the 1280
prefix (so it goes via BT) and hey presto - it worked.

I can only assume they dont like mobiles ringing the number and bar
them. I would also imagine the land line blockage is a tele2 thing.
Cant think of any other reason!

Need to investigate!!!
