2000 & 2003 server have both a Performance Monitor to track performance
metrics (% network utilization, etc), and a Network Monitor to allow you to
view actual packet contents. Both of these are built into the OS -
Performance Monitor can be found in the Administrative Tools folder by
default; Network Monitor needs to be added through Add/Remove Programs,
under Management & Monitoring Tools.
