Built-in Network Analyzer?

Does WinServer have a built-in network analyzer or one that you can install
from the WinServer install set? I need something that will record
utilization, collisions, framing errors and that sort of thing. What I am
NOT looking for is a protocol analyzer. I have one of those (Ethereal). I am
not interested in packet tracing. I need to know the network performance
statistics. Thanks for any help you can provide. -- tom c

2000 & 2003 server have both a Performance Monitor to track performance
metrics (% network utilization, etc), and a Network Monitor to allow you to
view actual packet contents. Both of these are built into the OS -
Performance Monitor can be found in the Administrative Tools folder by
default; Network Monitor needs to be added through Add/Remove Programs,
under Management & Monitoring Tools.
