Building an AP through a wireless network card -> Windows Configuration

Hi.
I would like to know how do I should proceed in order to emulate an
Access Point though a wireless network card, but it's not in Linux...
it's in Windows.
Do you know???

Possibly buy an Asus WL-107g, if I understand the claims on their website
correctly.
