I have a Linux box with 3 network cards and I want to use it as a router:

One is used to connect a cable modem, another two is used to connect to
PC (PC A and PC B). However, I want to let PC A has high priority, that
is, when A send or receive a packet, if will go first if B is doing that.

Any suggestion on how to do it? Thanks.

I suggest you install WonderShaper. It allows you to do what you want.
