Can anyone say how to build a signal splitter for connecting multiple
2.4GHz antennas to one AP. I'm interested in 2-way and 4-way. Dont say
that u will loose dbs if you connect splitter, i know that. But still
can anyone help?

I can't help except to dissuade you. Already there are commercially-built
splitters and they're not terribly expensive (~$60 for 2-way and ~$100 for
4-way.) The 4-way seems totally useless to me because it hands each antenna
about a -6.5 dB disadvantage. Imagine buying and installing a 12 dBi sector
antenna and then changing it into a 5.5 dBi antenna! The 2-way only knocks
off 3.5 dB of antenna gain. Those figures are pretty impressive because it
means in connectors and splitting/matching circuitry there is no more than
..5 dB of insertion loss.

I've never bought one of these splitters, so I'm speculating, but to achieve
that kind of efficiency they're probably built on a Duroid, Teflon or
ceramic substrate and the prototypes tens of thousand of dollars to design,
build and test. If you really need to use a splitter, it just makes way
more sense to buy it than to build it.

You already understand about the "loose dbs", so what is the application
that compels you to use splitters? There must be some compelling
applications or no one would sell them, but splitters would be my last
resort.

Not a splitter, but gives you an insight as to how antennas seem to work at
lower frequencies, It could perhaps apply to the 2.4 Ghz range?

You can select the number of radiating elements, the distance between each
one in tenths of wavelengths, and the phase shift between each element and
observe the results..

Design info.. may help you?

Otherwise I could not find info at the 2.4Ghz for a home-brew Splitter that
you require, and after reading about the pro's and con's... I personally
wouldnt bother

Look at the antenna design books the radio hams use. See www.arrl.com

It's called a power divider. Not a splitter.
Look in the arrl microwave cookbook.
