A friend has just upgraded to BT Yahoo broadband and was surprised to
find that BT had cancelled her Anytime account ...
She is getting different answers from BT re what she has to do to get
her Anytime account back (with her original email address).
One suggestion is that she will have to downgrade the broadband
account to a narrow band (Anytime) account and then create another
broadband account with a different email address....true?
One suggestion is that if she creates a new Anytime account with a new
email address she will still be able to access her old email address
and send email with this old address...true?
