Hi,

I've looked around and I can't see them on the BTBroadband site. I'd suggest
either take a look at the BTOpenworld contract, I'd imagine it isn't that
different or phone a contact number for BTBroadband and ask for a copy. They
are obliged to provide it to you.

I read your post on btopenworld.broadband.support and the first few replies.
What Pete Williams came back with was very out of order really, it's a shame
Usenet is full of people like that,,, well you didn't deserve it anyway.
Yeah, try a phone call or email to them and ask for the contract.

Regards,
-Lawrence Stromski.

Thanks for that Lawrence,

I agree I didn't deserve the abuse, I was only asking for the terms and
conditions, I wasn't asking for "Technical" help etc to do with
Btbroadband.... you're right NG's could do without these "type" of people.

I will make a call.... Cheers

Pete Williams is and always was a pain in the bto groups, nothing anyone
ever says is right according to him and ive yet to see any useful
contribution from him, anyways that's my opinion and I used to be the
btopenworld broadband support manger for newsgroups and email for a long
long time.

Gary,

Those T&Cs are for BTYahoo - the OP wants BTBroadband (as he has since
found). Gets confusing eh?

They are two seperate offerings, from the same parental group (BT
obviously). Both have differing T&Cs.

So, why have BTow *not* applied their AUP ? There is specific comment
in the AUP about usenet posts.

Frankly this is appalling

This "person" has been complained about enough to the abuse team - and
he is still a customer.

If you were part of that team, why on earth was nothing done ?

Yeah I know I realised after posting I thought he wanted the new BT
Broadband rather than the retail offering.
