Do you have a static or dynamically assigned IP address? At the time
of posting your address was 81.130.169.63, but this may change from
time to time if it's dynamically assigned.
To see if you've successfully opened port 1024, irrespective of what
your IP address is, go to
https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2. Click on
"Proceed", then on the next page enter 1024 in the text box and click
on "User specified custom port probe". Your system will be probed on
port 1024 and if it's open then it'll tell you so.
Alternatively, if the Linksys camera software and your router both
support uPnP (check the manuals) then you could try enabling this on
both devices. the Linksys software should then automatically open
port 1024 on your router (however, I personally don't like uPnP to be
enabled, use it as a last resort).
