BT Voyager 2100 needs repeater

Hi.

I have a BT Voyager Router ADSL Modem connected to my ADSL line downstairs.
I have a desktop with a USR 2216 PCI card connected at 11mbps, with an
excellent link downstairs, a laptop with a USR 2210 PC card connected at
11mbps with a low connection upstairs and a second dell laptop connected at
54mbps with a low connection upstairs.

I want to add another BT voyager 2100 upstairs as a repeater. Can I do
this? How? what settings do I need to change?

My existing 2100 is setup with DHCP server and I can network between each PC
and surf the net on all. I have no encryption as it is not required where I
live.
