Just want to clarify with everyone that I have got this right. If I swap
from BT Broadband to O2 I will still have to pay Line Rental to BT. So in
essence my charges from O2 would be 9.79 for the Premium account plus the BT
Line Rental per month.

Yes.

That depends! The £9.79 assumes that you are an O2 mobile customer - it's
£14.68 if you're not. It also assumes that LLU is available at your
exchange. If it isn't, you'd have to have O2 Home Access instead - which is
£17.13 or £22.02, depending on whether or not you're an O2 mobile customer.

See http://broadband.o2.co.uk/home/index.jsp for more details.

Thanks for that I am a O2 mobile customer and LLU is available. Just wanted
to make sure I was right with my sums as at one point I'd forgotten to add
on the Line Rental costs as well.

Don't forget the cash-back sites such as quidco or topcashback. And the
3 months free from o2.

One years internet for about 13 quid!

Simon.

If it is the Access package DO NOT SIGN UP TO IT.

If it is LLU O2 go for it.
