The results page from http://www.speedtester.bt.com/ says

These figures represent the ratio while sententiously passing Sub
BE, Normal BE and Priority BE marked traffic.

What word did they mean to use instead of "sententiously"?

Simultaneously? Sequentially? Systematically? Tendentiously?

Me googlefu thinks something to do with 'Sentential logic'.

According to OED it's a real word:

1. According to the sense; not word for word (of a translation). /Obs. rare/
2. In a sententious manner; tersely and pithily.

Oh yes, it's quite real, it just doesn't mean anything relevant to
the context!

It's just about possible that it's a technical term, but given the
poor writing elsewhere in the speed test ("number of threads are 16")
I think it's more likely to be a mistake.
