BT satellite, Gilat, problems with Win XP

Having a problem with XP and the Gilat software. WGW.sys is causing the
machine to crash frequently. Cust Services are not interested at all, one
guy says no XP problems, another says point blank, no support, too bad,
goodbye!!!

Hmmm £1200 setup and £60 per month seems a real bargain.
Can anyone help please?

I've seen problems with BT satellite services on XP as well, 2000 seems to
cope well enough.
I wonder what microsoft screwed up...
