BT pulling a fast one?

Are BT pulling a fast one on unsuspecting ADSL upgraders, or are the people
who made the TV adverts stupid?

Aparently their low end broadband has a 1Gb download limit rather than the
1GB I previously thought they had...

More likely someone is confused about their bits and bytes, where have
you seen it claimed as 1Gb/month? If you just asked a sales droid I
suspect you could have asked them to confirm whether the limit was "one
gigablob per month" and they'd say yes!

I saw it on the TV advert. Some "advert text putting in droid" will have
gotten all creative and thought it looked nicer that way.
