I migrated from BT Yahoo on 29th July I was well out of minium contract.
When migrated I emailed BT Yahoo saying I was migrating asking to
switch my account to PaY as You Go, I also recieved an email
questionaire asking why I was leaving ;-)

When the follwing month I didn't get any advance notification of
billing from BT in my BT Yahoo mail box and checking the BT Yahoo
account on line showed the grand sum of £4.16 I thought I was safe and
dry well clear of BT Yahoo :-) BUT you guessed it !!!! they have
continued to deduct £27.99 every month from my creditcard.
Today will I post another recorded delivery letter to BT Yahoo!
Broadband this time somewhat more strongly worded and copied to the CEO.

Those are my experiences draw your own conclusions.

BT were bad enough before Yahoo, they are a joke now.

If you used a long word like 'migrating' then your email will be
circulating round their building while they try to find somebody who
understands it.

I will be leaving them in January when we get broadband here, in the
meantime I changed my payment to DD because I can cancel that. You have
very little control over debits to your credit card, in fact if you
have o/s authorisations you can't even cancel your credit card. I won't
pay for anything by credit card DD now.
