BT Openworld and gamepsy

I've had BTO adsl for a few months now and using gamepsy arcade to
locate servers (MOH being my particular weakness).

For the first 4 months or so there were always dozens of servers with
a decent ping time - in the 50-100 ms range, but in the last few weeks
this has degenerated and now there are never any servers less than
100ms and most are 150-200+.

Is this likely to be some problem I should contact BT about, or is
this the general experience of other people? I'm not sure what sort of
ping times are considered "normal".
