BT Mail Problem

We are getting complaints from clients not receiving email thru domains we
manage. These clients all use BT ADSL.

Our mailqueue shows that mail.btconnect.com keeps resetting the connection.

Is there a greater problem than normal in BT land?

I think their insistence on having people pay to get their mail filtered
is working against them - i`m currently using at least 50Mb of mail space
on one single email account that I *can`t* empty of virus ridden sh!t
because I can`t log in to it.

My other two BT accounts (all under the same primary email address) are
working fine, so perhaps it`s virus related, in that some accounts are
getting hit by so much sh!t they don`t know what to do next :-}
