Hi,

As long as your contractual obligations have been met with BT Broadband and
you are in possession of your CBUK, BT IP Stream product info (DSL account
type), a migration can normally be expected to take around 14 working days.
To instigate a migration with PlusNet, sign up and go through the signup
process stating that you are wishing to migrate from another existing ISP.
Present charges are applicable and run at £35 + VAT (£41.13) for a migration
to commence.

Yep.. it should take 14 days. Unfortunately BT dropped the ball and put
back my migration by almost a month... costing me 8 quid in the process.
Grrr.

If you're feeling sorry for me, you might wish to quote my Plusnet ID
"nairobi" when you migrate as a referral. :-)
