I have a program I used to use a fair bit after first installing
broadband, called BT Broadband Help. The icon pop-up actually says
'Motive Chorus Service Request'. When started, it runs a test of my
connection and also allows me to send messages to Customer Service.
That was what I was trying to do this morning, but I got a
message saying it encountered an error with my connection.
"BT Broadband Help program encountered technical problems while trying
to diagnose your system."

Everything *is* actually working OK. So is that message somehow caused
by the fact that I recently installed a wireless a router? (More
accurately, my son did so, as a Christmas present, and I wasn't paying
close attention at the time <g>.) If so, presumably I can no
longer use this handy message vehicle? In particular, I can't send
them this query...
