BT Broadband Error (691)

Hi

Signed up to BT Broadband Basic last
November, everything worked well untill Friday, clicked on icon, up came
box asking for username, entered username, then clicked on connect, it them
starts to test the connection, after another box comes up I click on restore settings
after about 90 seconds it logs on.

The error message is: error (691)

I have to do this every day.
