Hi

Has anybody managed to get the following combination to work? If so
I's be very interested to hear how you did it. In particular I am
having synch problems & I can't get any sync .bin files to work.
Aaaaaah!!!

Mandrake 9.1
BT Broadband
BT voyager 100

One thing is certain, you won't get any help at all from the BT helpdesk
with that question. Have you asked on alt.os.linux.mandrake ? SEarching
on Google revealed about 1300 hits for "BT voyager 100 and linux" but
results did not look promising The Alcatel 330 Speedtouch modem works
with linux and you need to load a separate microcode for that modem. It may
well be the sa,e for the voyager modem. If you cannot get it working then
your easy answer is a router, just set up your ethernet card under mandrake
and use Netconf to add a default route to the router. Sunil's links look
more helpful.
