BT blocking web serving?

I'm running a web server behind my dynamic IP address. I have run my
site from behind there for over a year with no problems. I had a drive
failure and had to re-config my system but having done so I now cant
seem to access my site from outside the local network - as though my
router is not forwarding port 80 traffic. Does anyone know if BT have
recently started blocking port 80 serving? If they havent I'll look
elsewhere. I can still get in on SSH and IMAP ports.

Any help appreciated.

For what it's worth, I have a mail server on a BT Business Broadband
account and Webmail's running fine as of this afternoon.

Just checked it again - still OK, as is the Intranet server on one of
the other 5 IP addresses.
