Broadband connection problems
We are currently investigating a problem with broadband access and you may
currently be experiencing problems connecting to the service.
We request that any users experiencing these problems to please power cycle
their router and again attempt to re-connect.
Please bear with us as we endeavour to resolve this problem as quickly as
