BT Basic Broadband

It may be that I have missed something, but, I have just seen on the BT
website that their Basic Broadband is now £17.99 (monthly Direct Debit), how
long has this been on? I'm an existing 'Basic' user at £19.99.

not sure about the Basic service but I was on the standard one at 27.99
then I had a letter advising me they'd reduced the price by 2 quid (I
think) to 25.99.

Then I signed up for the upgraded 1mb service so its back up again ....
28.99 I think now, so all in all only a quid more than I originally
signed for but x2 the speed

It does look to have dropped by a couple of quid, in fact - if you
hover over the graphic - it says "£19.99* per month, 512KB, 1GB
monthly usage allowance".

Perhaps you'll get a reduced bill next time ?
