BSNL Broadband not opening a few sites

Recently since last two days, my BSNL broadband connection is opening most
sites but is not opening a few sites.
I have tried changing the MTU value to 1452, but no success so far. I also
tried changing the DNS value in the wireless adaptor setting, but nothing
happened.

Please advise.
