Browsing to Trusted domain not working

I have a trust over a point to point T1 connection.

Domain A seems to browse domain B no problem. DOmain B does not browse
domain A very well or not at all(sporadic). Both domains have functioning
WINS servers in a responding Push\Pull relationship. Accessing computers at
each domain works well. Netbios is enabled via DHCP on clients at both
domains.

Can't seem to figure this out. Any help?

The two domain name servers act use zone transfers setup between them to act
as primary and secondary zones .

I get this when I browse to from domain B to A:

Domain A is not Accessible. You might not have the necessary permission to
use this network resource. COntact adminstrator to find out if you have
permissions.

The list of servers for this workgorup is not currently available.
