How do I prevent users from seeing certain servers in My Network Places ->
entire network ?

It is kinda pointless to worry about.
If the NTFS Permissions and the Share Permissions don't grant them
access,...just seeing the machines in Netplaces is totally meaningless.

One way to do something like this is:
- Use Group Policy to prevent network browsing
- Publish everything you DO want users to find in a DFS namespace.

Tell the servers not to announce themselves to the master browser by
editing the registry:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321710/en-us

Works in W2k3. Just make sure you don't use the command:
net config server /hidden It will hide the server from the list just
like the registry edit but it will add static entries for performance
and tuning of the server service.
