Are they set up for remote access? As soon as a remote client connects,
your servers become multihomed. This can confuse the browser sevice. Perhaps
they are looking on the "wrong" interface for a browse list?
Check that Netbios over TCP/IP is enabled on only the LAN IP. If the
servers have multiple NICs, you can disable Netbt in the LAC properties from
Network Connections. For the RRAS interfaces it is a registry change.
To prevent Netbt on the RRAS interface.
Open Registry Editor.
Navigate to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services (continued next line)
\RemoteAccess\Parameters\Ip
Look for a REG_DWORD called DisableNetbiosOverTcpip
If it doesn't exist, create it
Set its value to 1
