The conventional solution for WAN browsing issues is WINS. However, you
could try an lmhosts file on Andromeda:
1. Make sure the Computer Browser service is running and that Andromeda is
the master browser for the subnet.
2. Use regedit and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Browser\Parameters
IsDomainMaster should be set to FALSE
MaintainServerlist should be set to yes
3. Create an lmhosts file:
<IPofPDCemulator> <NetBIOSnameofPDCemulator> #PRE
#DOM:<NetBIOSdomainName>
4. Reboot Andromeda - wait............

Browsing has change very little since NT.
