Browse List Empty

On one of my domain controllers, 2003 SP1, when I go to browse the network,
the browse list for my domain is empty.

The DC is also a DNS server, configured with itself as the primary DNS
server. All name resolution works. That server can ping servers by name.
I can access shares on other servers using UNC path.
So, name resolution is working but I can't browse to any resources from that
server. Nothing in the Event Viewer to indicate any issues.
Every other machine is able to browse properly.

Any idea how I can get the browse list populated again on this server?

The first thing to check is that Netbios over TCP/IP is enabled on the
server's NIC. Browsing uses Netbios names, not DNS. If all other machines
can browse, browsing is obviously active for thr network.
