Broadcasting in 802.16e

802.16e seems to be divided into mesh (point-to-point) and
point-to-multipoint (hub & spoke) architectures. One way of
accomplishing broadcasting in a hub & spoke architecture is: spoke to
hub, then hub to all spokes. This appears to be part of the standard.
Does 802.16e via mesh provide for (define) another means (mechanism)
for broadcasting? Possibly peer-to-peer broadcasting? Or is the hub &
spoke mechanism the one and only means for broadcasting in 802.16e?
