1025: Please be advised that we are currently experiencing an outage
at our Harbour Exchange Data Centre that will be effecting some groups of
customers hosted there (Dedicated Servers customers on the 217.199.*.* IP
range)
Engineers are working on this as a matter of urgency to determine the
cause and have this resolved.
A more detailed update will be posted straight on this page as soon as
the initial reports are relayed via our engineers
Next update will be within 30 minutes
UPDATE 1050: The fault is now resolved and has been confirmed as power
related with the mains supply however there was also an issue with the UPS
systems meaning there was a break in service to effected customers.
A full investigation is being launched to find out why this situation
has occurred and further details will be posted on this page.
Please note that our Data Centre teams are currently powering-up any
servers that have not automatically booted back up upon power loss, so we
would request customers still unable to reach their servers do not place
reboot requests at this time.
Further details will be posted by 1200"
I don't know if this affected Broadbandbuyer, but it seems to be OK
now. Some of my own sites have come alive as well.
